You should use this Booking Form only after you have checked the Available Dates and Rental Prices and have decided to book the villa.

Please complete the Booking Form below and click on 'Send Booking Form to Us'. We will then confirm all your holiday details by return e-mail and will request that your Booking Deposit is sent to us within 7 days.

Check out our Frequently Asked Questions page which answers many of the usual questions or Contact Us.

We recommend that you take advantage of our Airport Pick-Up (or Meet And Greet service) so that you can be met by our English speaking agent who will give you the keys personally and answer any questions that you may have about the villa or the area. If you choose not to take advantage of any of these services then we can also mail the keys to your home after receipt of the final balance.

We have read and agree to abide by the above Terms And Conditions and the below General Booking Conditions.

GENERAL BOOKING CONDITIONS

A non-returnable booking deposit of 150 Euros (£100 or $175) is required to confirm your booking. The remaining balance to be paid 6 weeks prior to arrival. Where the balance is not fully paid after the due date, we reserve the right to cancel the booking.

It is not a condition of booking that you take out holiday insurance, but we would strongly recommend that you do.

Generally, the Arrival time is 4:00 pm and Departure time is 12:00 noon to allow for cleaning of the property and washing of the linen/towels for the next guests. Please Contact Us if this is a problem and we will try our best to sort out a convenient alternative.

A damage deposit of 150 Euros (£100 or $175) is required with the final payment which will be refunded to you in full within 7 days of the keys being returned to us and subject to there being no damage in the villa.

Smoking must be confined to the outside areas and no pets or animals are allowed in the villa.

By making your booking, it is assumed that you have read and agreed with these conditions.
