The weekly rental prices of this villa start from just 235 Euros (approx £164 or $279) per week for the whole family - that's for the villa, NOT per person.

This 3-bedroom quality villa is even cheaper than many smaller 2-bed properties and is located next to the beach and golf courses in the prestigious area of Cabo Roig in Torrevieja, Alicante.

The cost works out at only 39 Euros (approx £27 or $46) per person per week based on a family of six sharing.

The above weekly rental price includes all of the following:

Damage Deposit

• A damage deposit of 150 Euros (£100 or $175) is required with the final payment which will be refunded to you in full within 7 days of the keys being returned to us and subject to there being no damage in the villa.

How Do I Make A Booking?

• Please check the Villa Availability and then complete our Booking Form.
• A non-returnable booking deposit of 150 Euros (£100 or $175) is required to confirm your booking. The balance (e.g. the total amount payable less your deposit) is due anytime, but at least 6 weeks before your arrival date.
